- Welcomed over 340 attendees across 12 countries to Church House.
- Core plenary sessions focused on reputation, innovation, gender disparity in retirement and a keynote speech from Nick Lyons, Chair of Phoenix and former Lord Mayor of London.
- Highlighted the importance of independent legal advice and the role of solicitors by launching the Legal Guide to Equity Release during the event.
- A vibrant exhibition in the impressive Assembly Hall.
- Post-event drinks reception to connect with industry peers.

Sheffield 2024
- Launched the rebranded Later Life Lending Summit in collaboration with the Association of Mortgage Intermediaries with over 270 industry participants.
- Expert panel supported by the Money and Pensions Service, the Financial Ombudsman Service and the Consumer Duty Alliance exploring Consumer Duty impacts, regulatory changes, trends, and strategies for later life planning.
- Interactive breakouts designed to enhance knowledge, business success and positive consumer outcomes.
The Equity Release Council's Summit at Church House in Westminster was a triumph. Packed halls and breakouts, feverish excitement in the exhibition halls and a truly extraordinary keynote from Nick Lyons of Phoenix that cappped off some excellent sessions.
