Charlotte Jackson is Head of Guidance Services and Customer Protection Strategy at the Money & Pensions Service – Previously Head of Pensions Guidance at The Pensions Advisory Service she has seen her role grow from leading a small highly specialist pensions guidance service to leading MaPS money and pensions guidance services and the development and delivery of MaPS’s Customer Protection Strategy. Prior to her current role Charlotte worked in a number of consultancy and partnership roles within the third and public sectors.
