Steve Norris FRICS is a former government minister and London mayoral candidate who works in property as a developer, constructor and estate manager. He has a particular interest in MMC construction and green energy. He is chairman of Future-Built Ltd, and of Empati Ltd, a specialist in green hydrogen among many appointments in the transportation, infrastructure and property space. He is an Eminent Fellow of RICS and a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers.
