We believe it’s time for a change in the mortgage market. For too long, the market has focussed on short-term lending. As a result, you constantly need to chase new business. And your customers are exposed to interest rate risk; something that is having devasting consequences on many homeowners right now.
At Perenna, we’re focusing on long-term value for our customers and our broker partners. We’ve made it our mission to create a nation of happy homeowners, where everyone who can afford a home can own one. We don’t think homeowners should have to worry about rates changing or being denied access to mortgage products in the future. That’s where we come in. No teaser rates, no rising payments, no shocks. Our ambition is to provide fair and flexible mortgages with short early repayment charges, that meet the needs of borrowers across the UK, whether they are first-time buyers, home movers, want to remortgage or borrow in retirement.
What we do
Perenna offer long term fixed rate residential mortgages.
Our products are fixed for the entire term of the loan and come with only a 5-year early repayment charge.
For us, age is just a number. That’s why we don’t have a maximum age cap.
Our products come with flexibility as standard too, offering porting, further borrowing, and rate switching once the ERC period is over.
We think it’s time to shake up the mortgage market, and we are inviting you along for the journey. You’ll receive a proc fee on completion and we’ll also offer trail commission to reward you for regularly reviewing your customers’ needs.
