Charlotte is the Chief Risk & Compliance Officer at the Key Group, where she holds second line responsibility for both Lending and Advice activities. With over 25 years of experience in the financial services sector, Charlotte has built a distinguished career in compliance leadership, spanning a diverse range of areas including mortgages, equity release, and consumer credit.

Her extensive regulatory knowledge is underpinned by strong academic credentials, holding both an MBA and a Law degree. Charlotte is also an active member of the Equity Release Council Standards Committee, where she contributes to the ongoing development of industry standards.
