Gordon Reid

Gordon has worked in a variety of roles in financial services for over 40 years. Within the mortgage sector, Gordon packaged, underwrote, advised and supervised advisers for 15 years, before moving into a learning and development role. He went on to lead the mortgage training of new advisers at one of the UK’s largest lenders for over seven years. Gordon is especially passionate about learning and the need for everyone in the sector to undertake ongoing development of their skills and knowledge. Since joining LIBF in early 2021, Gordon has worked to understand how the learning experiences of students of LIBF professional qualifications can be improved.
