Jackie Spencer is the Head of Money and Pensions Policy at the Money and Pensions Service.  She is focused on developing propositions across money and pensions to help improve people’s financial wellbeing in the U.K.  She has led the way in creating guidance and tools for automatic enrolment, pension freedoms, Pension Wise and many other key life events.

People’s money lives are not linear, so Jackie is focused on creating cohesive strategies that concentrate on holistic money and pensions guidance.  She’s played a key role in advice and guidance reviews focusing on consumers and their understanding of financial services.

With over 20 years’ experience in consumer focused financial services, she creates strategies that take complex government policy, financial product and services markets which are translated into consumer centric services that help people take actionable steps to improve their money lives.

She is Certified Financial Planner and holds a master’s degree in international finance.
