Previously, for over a decade, Karina worked as a qualified mortgage broker within estate agency, a national brokerage, and finally as Head of Mortgages for a fintech. She is passionate about reducing barriers within the mortgage industry and producing good customer outcomes.
A sought-after spokesperson, she has featured live on BBC News, national radio and numerous industry events. She has been recognised as one of Mortgage Introducer’s ‘Elite Women’ in 2023 and 2025.
