Lauren Peel

Lauren Peel is Senior Partner at Inclusive Outcomes, a consultancy helping organisations define, design and deliver good outcomes for customers in vulnerable circumstances. Lauren is highly experienced in understanding and designing for customer needs, and has led initiatives across Equity Release, Retirement and in Financial Inclusion. Lauren previously worked in Aviva’s Equity Release business. Lauren and Inclusive Outcomes are working with the Equity Release Council to help all members understand and deliver good outcomes for all of their customers.
