Working as Mortgage and Equity release advisor for most of that time has given me the knowledge and experience to be able to thrive in my role as a Sales Development Manager here at Royal London Equity Release. Having worked through significant change and innovation, I am able to adapt well and use my experiences to lead my peers and support the Advisor network.
