Martyn Stones

I am a Chartered Surveyor with 40 years’ experience in residential property surveying, valuations and mortgage lending.

I have held Board director positions with Countrywide Surveying Services for over 20 years covering a number of roles and I am currently Director of Technical Services.

I am also a Visiting Industry Fellow at Oxford Brookes University where I am pursuing interests with academic colleagues in artificial intelligence and machine learning and how this might be put to productive use in the property sector.
