As Head of Compliance at Equity Release Supermarket, I am driven to ensure that every one of our customers is provided with quality advice. As a proud member of the Equity Release Council, I joined the standards board in 2019, combining my experience with professional colleagues who have high standards, integrity, ethics, and professionalism at the heart of everything we do. I am committed to sharing my extensive experience and I continue to strive for fair, clear, open, and transparent advice in our industry.
I have worked in financial services for over 27 years, and I supported Aviva when they launched their Lifetime mortgage working closely with the retirement team, as we developed quality features and benefits, resulting in a market leading and trusted product. Moving to Equity Release Supermarket in 2013, I took my considerable experience from Aviva to the IFA arena with a mission to set high standards to ensure that every customer is provided with expert whole of market advice.
Working in tandem with Equity Release Supermarket, In 2020, I was given the opportunity to become Chief Examinator for the London Institute of Banking and Finance, CeRER examination. I have help to create learning material specifically aimed at supporting candidates to develop their specialist knowledge and skills in the mortgage advice and equity release sector.
