Scott Burman

Scott Burman joined Pure Retirement in January 2023 as Head of Distribution.

Before joining Pure Retirement, Scott gained experience working at Norwich and Peterborough Building Society, becoming one of the youngest brand managers in Colchester. He then worked at companies such as Lloyds TSB (as it was then) and Countrywide, initially in the B2B division before moving into the Mortgage Services Division as Divisional Mortgage Services Director for the Central and Anglia region.

Scott is passionate about making a difference in the later life mortgage market and driving innovation and growth at Pure Retirement. He aims to help advisers by listening to their feedback and acting on it to improve the company’s service and proposition.
