Simon Pugh

Simon Pugh is an Ombudsman Manager at the Financial Ombudsman Service. Appointed as an Ombudsman in 2013, he specialises in complaints involving mortgages and secured lending. Prior to joining the Ombudsman Service, he was a solicitor working in private practice and the not for profit sector.
